Job summary

Kesoram Rayon Industry in Kuntighat is seeking an experienced HR & Organizational Development leader. The role focuses on strengthening talent, performance, development, and engagement initiatives.

We require 10+ years in HR/OD, with expertise in L&D, PMS, and analytics. Accommodation will be provided. The position is based at Kuntighat, WB, with compensation of 10–12 LPA plus accommodation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR & OD.
• Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, Talent Management, PMS, HR analytics, engagement, and recognition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Learning & Development initiatives, training needs analysis, and capability development.
• Manage Talent Management including succession planning and HiPo management.
• Lead the PMS cycle with goal setting, KPI alignment, and performance reviews.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics using MS Excel.
• Design and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Manage Reward & Recognition programs and ensure meaningful recognition.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with business heads on HR and OD initiatives.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Organizational Development with strong hands-on expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, PMS, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Reward & Recognition. The role will focus on strengthening talent, performance, employee development, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Learning & Development initiatives, training needs analysis, and employee capability development.
• Manage Talent Management, including succession planning, potential/HiPo management, talent identification, and talent pool development.
• Lead the PMS cycle, including goal setting, KRA/KPI alignment, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
• Develop HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics using strong MS Excel skills.
• Design and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
• Manage Reward & Recognition (R&R) programs and ensure effective recognition of employee contributions.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Work closely with business leaders and functional heads on HR and OD initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR & OD.
• Strong knowledge of L&D, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Potential Management, PMS, and Goal Setting.
• Good understanding of Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition practices.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, HR Analytics, and HR MIS.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Willingness to work at Kuntighat. Accommodation will be provided.
