Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
