Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved through effective planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and take proactive actions to address operational bottlenecks.
• Drive adherence to the production plan while optimizing manpower, machines, and materials.
• Ensure optimum capacity utilization and efficient workflow across all manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Establish a culture of "Right First Time" and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
• Analyze quality issues, implement CAPA, and reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and waste elimination initiatives.
• Drive process optimization to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and increase OEE.
• Champion digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Develop team capabilities through structured training, coaching, and succession planning.

1. Manufacturing Operations

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved through effective planning, resource allocation, and execution.

2. Production Planning & Execution

• Drive adherence to the production plan while optimizing manpower, machines, and materials.
• Ensure optimum capacity utilization and efficient workflow across all manufacturing processes.

3. Quality Excellence

• Establish a culture of "Right First Time" and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
