Job summary

Vidysea Education Noida invites an experienced Project Manager to lead the TalentSync Project (NEED) across rural and semi-urban locations in India. You will manage end-to-end implementation, beneficiary mobilisation, training and field operations.

Role requires hands-on experience with skill development, education, livelihood, CSR or government-funded projects at grassroots level, and strong stakeholder management. Willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and resolve operational challenges.
• Track KPIs, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Maintain MIS and compliance documentation.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and audits.
• Manage field coordinators, mobilisers, trainers and vendors.
• Prepare progress reports and corrective action plans.

Project Manager TalentSync Project (NEED)

Location: Sector 132-Noida / Project Locations across India
Experience: 58+ years

Travel: Extensive travel to rural and semi-urban locations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of the TalentSync Project (NEED) across rural and semi-urban locations. The candidate must have hands‑on experience managing skill development, education, livelihood, CSR or government‑funded projects at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects across villages, blocks and districts.
• Manage beneficiary mobilisation, enrolment, training and completion targets.
• Coordinate with government authorities, Panchayats, schools, community leaders and project partners.
• Set up and monitor training/project centres, trainers and field teams.
• Conduct regular field visits and resolve operational challenges.
• Track project KPIs, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate MIS, beneficiary records and compliance documentation.
• Ensure readiness for inspections, audits and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage field coordinators, mobilisers, trainers and vendors.
• Prepare periodic project progress reports and corrective action plans.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate; preference for Rural Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Education or Management.
• 5–8+ years of relevant project implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience working in rural and semi-urban locations is mandatory.
• Experience in Skill India, NSDC, State Skill Missions, CSR, government, livelihood or education projects preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, MIS and documentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
