Job summary

Kaahlian Technology in Mumbai seeks a dynamic CSR Projects Manager to identify, approach, and secure CSR funding for skill development and community programs. You will build relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and government bodies while shaping project proposals and mobilization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential CSR Companies, Corporate Foundations, Funding Agencies, NGOs, and Institutional Partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, Corporate Decision-Makers, Government Departments, and other stakeholders.
• Identify CSR funding opportunities related to Skill Development, Education, Employment, Livelihood, and Community Development.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of potential CSR projects.
• Prepare and coordinate CSR proposals, concept notes, project plans, budgets, presentations, and commercial proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and develop suitable project solutions.
• Lead project acquisition from initial discussion through proposal, approval, sanction, agreement, and project commencement.
• Lead end-to-end execution of Skill Development projects such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC, State Missions, RPL, NULM, and other Government/CSR-funded projects.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate training programs across multiple centres.
• Manage project targets, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, Government Departments, CSR Partners, Training Partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage Training Partners, Trainers, Centre Managers, and project teams.
• Monitor training centre operations and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Track student mobilization, training, assessments, certifications, placements, and other project deliverables.
• Develop and implement effective mobilization and placement strategies.
• Build industry partnerships to improve placement opportunities for trained candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Government, CSR, NSDC, SSC, and project-specific guidelines.
• Coordinate and support audits, inspections, assessments, and certification processes.
• Monitor quality standards across training centres.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare MIS, project reports, progress reports, utilization reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure timely submission of project documentation and reports.
• Present project performance and progress to Directors, CSR Partners, Government Authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and manage project teams across multiple locations.
• Set targets and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, MIS, Mobilization, Placement, Finance, and Training Teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings.
• Resolve operational and stakeholder-related issues.
• Provide strategic direction to Project Heads, Centre Managers, and project teams.
