The role focuses on end-to-end management, including coordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will engage with government departments and stakeholders, track progress with appropriate tools, and manage risks and changes while upholding quality standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or e-governance.
• B.Tech/BE in IT/CS and MBA required.
• Certifications such as PMP/Prince2/CMMI/PMI-ACP desirable.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Measure project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Risk Management:

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B. Tech/BE (IT, CS or related field), and MBA
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or e-governance sector.
• Proven experience managing projects within the government or public sector is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the complete end-to-end Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Certifications (desirable): PMP/ Prince2/ CMMI/ PMI-ACP or Equivalent
