Job Title: Project Manager Kaushal Vikas / Government Projects

About the Role

Parmartham is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage its Kaushal Vikas (Skill Development) Project. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling government or skill development projects, managing documentation, compliance, billing, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution and management of the Kaushal Vikas Project.
• Coordinate and monitor vocational training programs across multiple trades such as Beauty & Wellness, Hospitality, Culinary, Tailoring, Handicrafts, and other skill development programs.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely delivery and quality of training.
• Handle project documentation, MIS, reports, billing, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing and managing tenders, project documentation, and compliance submissions.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure adherence to government norms, policies, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the project.
• Prepare periodic project reports and present updates to the management.
• Lead and coordinate the project team to achieve project objectives.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., MA, M.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
• 25 years of relevant experience in Kaushal Vikas Projects, Skill Development Programs, Government Schemes, CSR Projects, NGO Projects, or similar government-funded initiatives.
• Experience in tender handling, government documentation, billing, MIS reporting, compliance, and stakeholder coordination will be preferred.
• Familiarity with government processes and project documentation will be an added advantage.
