Job summary

Air India in Amravati, Maharashtra is seeking a Flight Training Coordinator who will assist the Chief Flight Instructor in managing the day-to-day flight training operations. The role involves developing curricula, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining safety standards across all training activities.

You will mentor instructors, support recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and stay current with industry regulations through ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Flight Instructor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the flight training program.
• Develop and implement training programs and curricula in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all flight operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to flight instructors, ensuring they maintain ambitious standards of instruction and adhere to company policies.
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new flight instructors.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up to date with industry standards and regulatory changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of flight instructors and cadet pilots, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as standalone projects from time to time.
