Job summary

HRhelpdesk is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee organizational finances for India and Australia, developing budgets, financial reports, invoicing via the CRM system and XERO, and payroll for Australian and Indian teams.

You will determine profitability per service, per employee, per billable hour, and provide weekly financial updates to the CEO.

A strong analytical mindset with budgeting and strategic thinking is required, with 5–10 years of overall experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management with total 5–10 years experience.
• Experience in budgeting and financial safeguarding.

Responsibilities
