Job summary

Spatium Offices seeks a senior finance leader to drive financial strategy and ensure robust reporting in Bengaluru. You will oversee accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and cashflow management while coordinating with auditors and tax consultants.

The role requires strong ERP and Excel skills, experience with GST/TDS, and the ability to lead a finance team through month-end and year-end closes. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and implement collection strategies.
• Review vendor invoices, payment schedules, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments while maintaining internal controls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve vendor-related financial issues.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 56 years of relevant experience, including managerial-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, and Financial Operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
