Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CPA.
• 6–10 years post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience managing both Indian and Australian entities.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Australian taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and FEMA regulations.
• Proficiency in Xero, Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/AS and AASB/IFRS.
• Consolidate financials, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting (AUD/INR).
• Handle Indian taxation including GST, TDS, CIT, ROC filings.
• Handle Australian taxation including GST, BAS, PAYG, FBT, and liaise with tax consultants.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation, FEMA compliance, and cross-border remittances.
• Monitor treasury, cash flow, working capital, and FX exposure.
• Supervise AR, AP, and payroll; lead audits with auditors and regulators.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across Indian and Australian entities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, cross-border transactions, and audit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS) and Australian Accounting Standards (AASB/IFRS).
• Manage consolidation of financial statements, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting (AUD/INR).
• Handle Indian taxation, including GST, TDS, Corporate Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory filings.
• Manage Australian taxation, including GST, BAS, PAYG, FBT, and coordinate with external tax consultants.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation, FEMA compliance, and cross-border remittances.
• Monitor treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and foreign exchange exposure.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processes.
• Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits while coordinating with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA.
• 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience managing both Indian and Australian entities.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Australian taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and FEMA regulations.
• Proficiency in Xero, Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, and MS Excel.
• Prior experience in SaaS, IT Services, or the software industry will be preferred.
