Job summary

Hindustan Composites Limited is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee the complete finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across units.

Responsibilities include finalizing accounts, managing statutory audits, supervising payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management, while delivering MIS insights to senior management and strengthening internal

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Experience with GST, Income Tax, TDS and statutory audits.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally).
• Leadership of finance teams and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

To lead and manage the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, strong internal controls, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across units

• Ensure timely finalization of accounts, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and audits
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking operations
• Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and risk management
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial insights and MIS reports to senior management
• Ensure proper inventory accounting and cost control
• Lead and develop the accounts and finance team
