Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. in Delhi is seeking a finance professional to oversee commercial governance, financial controls, and seamless coordination with business, operations, procurement, and finance teams.

The role covers closing store finances, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance for new store collections, as well as managing SAP and advanced Excel tasks. You will also handle goods in transit tracking, monthly vendor invoices, and month-end closures,

Formación

• CA with 4–7 years of experience
• MBA Finance with 15 years of experience
• SAP mastery and Advanced Excel proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Ensure strong commercial governance, process compliance, financial controls, and seamless coordination with business, operations, procurement, and finance teams.
• Store F&F (Financial Closure) Reconciliation, Store Tracker management and monitoring, Closure of open commercial issues related to stores
• GIT (Goods in Transit) tracking and reconciliation & Store Tracker
• Timely MIS and management reporting, commercial tracker maintenance and monitoring & Compliance with approval matrix and SOPs.
• New store collection readiness, Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements & EDC Machine management.
• Scrap Sale Other than FA - Approval, Manual bill book Management-Printing, issuance, & tracking.
• Month end related closure activities.
• Coordination with Retail team on regular basis and ensuring the monthly vendor invoices received on time for processing.
