Job summary

Uberlife Consulting is seeking an experienced finance professional to independently manage core accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. You will own AR/AP cycles and financial closures, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and timely MIS insights for leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in finance & accounting with familiarity in ERP systems and Excel.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Reconciliation.


• Good understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting.


• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting/ERP systems.


• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Strong understanding of cash flow and working-capital management.


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.


• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.


• Candidates from Retail, Apparel, E-commerce, FMCG, or other fast-paced consumer businesses will be preferred.
