Job summary

DentCare Dental Lab Pvt.Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead the accounting function in Ernakulam. The role requires CA Final/Intermediate or ICWA or B.Com/M.Com with significant experience in managing month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.

You will oversee payment processing, payroll, budgeting, audits, and accounting systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing accounting operations and month/year-end close.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year closing, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, banking, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital additions.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions in an orderly manner.
