Job summary

Espire Infolabs in India seeks a senior finance leader to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and month-end closing. You will drive controls, tax compliance, and financial planning in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation laws, GST/TDS, audits, and strong ERP/Excel skills. You will partner with HR and business teams to optimize employee costs and financial processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation laws.
• Hands-on experience in payroll management and payroll accounting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, audits, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Partner with HR and business teams on payroll, employee costs, and finance-related matters.
