The candidate should hold CA (Inter) or M.Com, have hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), deep knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation and tax compliance, and strong analytical skills. You will coordinate internal and external audits and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Work extensively with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• Handle multi-currency and multi-country accounting activities.
• Prepare and support consolidated financial statements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure timely completion of reconciliations, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and financial schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, accounting, and internal control requirements.
• Manage and support Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, consultants, and other finance teams as required.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in accounting and financial processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong hands-on expertise in accounting operations, ERP systems, financial reporting, audit compliance, taxation, and month-end/year-end closing. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in global organizations, shared-service environments, multinational companies, or organizations with multi-country finance operations will be preferred.
