Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Service and Operations professional with 12-14 years BE/6-8 years DME experience in Tractors and Farm Machinery, including international exposure. You will drive dealership policies, CSI targets, warranty cost control, and service marketing initiatives.

Qualifications include BE Mech/Auto or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. You will coordinate with dealers, ensure timely campaigns, audit processes, and build distributor capability

Qualifications

• BE/ diploma in mechanical engineering is required.
• Experience in service, field operations and parts operations in tractors/farm machinery.
• Exposure to dealership systems and CSI processes.
• Strong analytical and technical knowledge.
• Experience in warranty systems and inventory management.
• International experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement dealership policies and procedures across the network.
• Achieve TAT, CSI, DSS & CAP targets.
• Build channel capability.
• Implement warranty policy and monitor warranty cost per tractor.
• Ensure campaign activities are completed on time.
• Audit dealerships for processes and warranty claims.
• Ensure timely product feedback from dealers.
• Provide support to distributors with literature, tools, diagnostics, and catalogs.
• Assist distributors in growing business through service marketing activities.
• Visit fleet operators with Distributor to build confidence in products and services.

Experience

12-14 years (BE) /6-8 years (DME) experience in Service, Field Operations and Parts Operations in Tractors / Farm Machinery. International experience will be an added advantage

Industry Preferred

• ü Exposure to dealerships systems and processes with experience in implementing dealership and CSI processes.
• ü Experience in handling dealers and customers.
• ü Sound technical knowledge with analytical skills
• ü Experience in warranty system
• ü Exposure to Parts inventory management
• ü Business acumen
• International Experience will be preferred
