Job summary

Yokogawa India Bengaluru is seeking an Export Logistics professional to manage the monthly Exports Dispatch plan, ensure Exim policy compliance, and oversee billing aligned with the business plan.

The role also involves coordinating DGFT activities, optimizing freight costs, and mentoring teams to achieve higher targets while maintaining accurate MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work with the business team on the monthly Exports Dispatch plan.
• Present monthly progress on EXIM metrics, review and MIS reporting.
• Handle new rules and regulations, tariff, incentives, and Exim/export policies.
• Ensure billing of all commercially and technically cleared orders within the same month and meet the business plan.
• Prepare KRA for Export logistics service providers and measure performance against them; contribute to the reduction in export freight and packing costs.
• Be well‑versed with the process and procedures for applying advance licenses, DGFT coordination, and related activities.
• Engage teams and mentor them to achieve greater targets.
