Job summary

Yokogawa, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing - Customer Service professional for the Eastern Region including Bangladesh & Bhutan. You will drive service business growth, manage AMC, spares, site service and training offerings, and lead customer engagements.

Candidates should be target oriented with strong negotiation, planning, and relationship building skills to promote EPS, Lifecycle Service Support, VPS and related services across the region.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Marketing of Service Business for Eastern Region along with Bangladesh & Bhutan.
• Service Business Promotion for East and Bangladesh Regions Customers.
• Target oriented (OI, Sales, GP and Collection) business.
• Taking care of AMC System & Product as well as Analyser System (New and Renewal), Spares, Site Service, Training, Bench Repair, Business.
• Promotion of EPS, Lifecycle Service Support (LSS), VPS and VAS Business.
• Business Lead Generation for service and also for entire organization.
• Customer-Focused Approach, Manages Complexity, Planning and Organizing, Adaptive Mindset, Negotiation Skill.
