Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
- Assign short‑term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Work independently.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high‑quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, and gather and summarize data for special reports.

Education and Experience
Education: Short‑Cycle Tertiary Education.
General Experience: 7 to 12 months of sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
