Job summary

Yokogawa Bengaluru seeks a detail-oriented professional to support internal policies and regulatory compliance through data analysis and project management activities. You will develop, test, and maintain procedures, assign schedules, and collate data for reports while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 7–12 months of experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
  • 4–6 months of basic experience coordinating the work of others.
  • Short-Cycle Tertiary Education is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain procedures to support internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assign short-term work schedules to a team to meet timelines.
  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools and formats; work independently.
  • Build effective relationships within the internal client organization; deliver high-quality services.
  • Organize complex documents and prepare data for special reports.
  • Identify shortcomings in processes and apply change management programs.
  • Investigate questions related to programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Interpret data to identify possible answers across varied processes and precedents.
  • Advise managers on applying procedures and precedents.
  • Support project management activities and ongoing education.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
  • Assign short‑term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Work independently.
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high‑quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, and gather and summarize data for special reports.
  • Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures and use established change management programs to address them.
  • Investigate questions relating to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Interpret data and identify possible answers, navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Advise managers on how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
  • Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.

Education and Experience

Education: Short‑Cycle Tertiary Education.
