• Present monthly progress on EXIM metrics / review and MIS reporting.
• Hands on with all new rules and regulations, tariff, incentives, Exim/export policies.
• Ensure billing of all commercially and technically cleared orders within the same month and meet the Business plan.
• Prepare KRA for Export logistics service providers and measure performance against them.
• Contribute towards reduction in Export freight and packing costs.
• Engage teams and mentor them to achieve greater targets.
