Job summary

PwC India is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) expertise to lead end-to-end Time & Labor projects in India. The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for OTL implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on HCM Cloud experience, deep knowledge of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) expertise.
• Strong Time & Attendance and Workforce Management understanding.
• Experience in configuration, implementation and support projects.
• Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
• Experience with time entry rules, approval workflows, and scheduling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document Time & Labor business requirements.
• Configure and implement OTL solutions.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design sessions.
• Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Stay updated with quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud releases.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Time & Labor processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Time & Labor solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
