Job summary

PwC India seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to join our consulting practice. Location options include Gurgaon or Kolkata; you will lead requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment for OTL implementations.

Responsibilities include workshops, fit-gap analysis, data migration support, integrations, and post go-live support. You will collaborate with stakeholders and stay updated with quarterly OTL releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
• Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.

The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations and enhancements.

• Configure and implement Oracle Time & Labor solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.

• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
