Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in India seeks a Manager/ Dy Manager, Data Center to accelerate growth in the data center segment. You will lead business development, build strategic customer relationships with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and OEMs, and influence cooling technology adoption.

You will collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Global Data Center teams to drive long-term growth and market visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales within Data Centers, HVAC&R, Cooling Solutions, Critical Infrastructure, or Industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of the Data Center ecosystem, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, consultants, and cooling technologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities to identify, qualify, and convert strategic Data Center opportunities across India.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hyperscalers, colocation operators, consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders.
• Influence project specifications and cooling architecture decisions by positioning Danfoss' energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer value propositions, drive solution selling, and support major project pursuits.
• Represent Danfoss at industry forums, technical seminars, customer events, and industry associations to enhance market visibility and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For
