Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales to grow the Industrial Refrigeration business profitably across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. You will build strong relationships with end-users, OEMs, system integrators, contractors and consultants to expand Danfoss' footprint and secure repeat business.

You will lead technical, value-based conversations on energy efficiency, safety, and total cost of ownership to get Danfoss specified early in projects, and develop channel

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of B2B sales experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC&R or related engineered solutions.
• Solid technical understanding of industrial refrigeration applications.
• Experience managing project sales cycles with OEMs, system integrators, EPC contractors and consultants.
• Consultative, value-based selling with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales, you are responsible for growing Danfoss Industrial Refrigeration (IR) business profitably across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with key end-users, OEMs, system integrators, contractors and consultants to grow share of wallet and secure repeat business.
• Identify and win new IR opportunities, including retrofit and upgrade projects, to expand Danfoss' footprint in strategic applications.
• Lead technical, value-based conversations on energy efficiency, safety and total cost of ownership (TCO) to get Danfoss specified early in projects.
• Develop and enable channel partners to extend market coverage across the territory.
• Manage pricing, negotiations and your sales forecast - collaborating with application, service and supply chain teams - to deliver sales, margin and market-share targets.

What We're Looking For

• 6-12 years of B2B sales experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC&R or related engineered solutions, with a track record of growing a territory or key accounts.
• Solid technical understanding of industrial refrigeration applications and the confidence to present solutions to engineers and consultants.
• Experience managing project sales cycles involving OEMs, system integrators, EPC contractors and consultants.
• Consultative, value-based selling style with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh to build lasting customer relationships.
