As a Program Manager within Danfoss Power Solutions' Hydrostatics Division, you'll play a critical role in bringing new products and business initiatives to life. You'll lead cross‑functional, globally distributed teams to successfully execute new product development, localization, manufacturing footprint, and cost reduction programs that support strategic business objectives. This role sits at the center of engineering, operations, finance, and business leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
