Job summary

Reliance Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned DC operations leader to ensure smooth distribution center performance and on-time delivery. You will define KPIs, establish SOPs for receipt and stock accuracy, and plan capacity capex for multiple sites, while minimizing pilferage and controlling costs.

The role requires 8–10 years in distribution/logistics with strong SAP and WMS knowledge, vendor management, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Post graduate degree required.
• 8–10 years of distribution center/logistics experience.
• Strong SAP and WMS knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage costs and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of distribution center and timely deliveries.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs for efficiency.
• Establish procedures for receipt, verification, and stock accuracy.
• Plan capacity capex and new site planning.
• Minimize pilferage through effective controls.
• Distribute material across B2B, B2C and formats.
• Monitor cycle counts and reduce stock shrinkage.
• Manage DC budget through cost analysis.
• Monitor 3PL performance.
• Pursue productivity targets through improved operations.
• Oversee transport operations services.

• Responsible for smooth running of the distribution center operations, ensuring customer satisfaction with respect to accurate & on time delivery
• Define operational KPIs and monitor the same for operational efficiencies
• Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling of material and keeping warehouse inventory accurate
• Planning capacity capex, warehouse planning, new site planning
• Monitor and minimize pilferage by implementing effective control mechanism
• Distribution of material across various channel B2B, B2C and business formats G&G, PBG, JMD
• Inspect the cycle count and full stock take reports and control shrinkage in DC as per KPI
• Operate within DC budget by continuous monitoring and analyzing the cost
• 3PL Performance monitoring
• Achieving the productivity target by continuously operational results
• Review and monitor transport operations services
