Job summary

Reliance Infrastructure is seeking a senior Hub Operations Manager to oversee multiple clusters, drive P&L and ensure seamless network operations. You will lead cost optimization, implement best practices and manage linehaul performance to deliver 100% service levels.

The role requires 8–12 years in logistics and proven leadership, with strong SAP/WMS experience and a track record of process improvements and cost control.

Responsibilities

Job description

"Manage hub operations across and implement process improvement initiatives Ensure seamless operations across clusters and manage & monitor overall P&L and operations for the cluster. Drive cluster Linehaul performance, quality & expansion and also manage ground & network operations, network capacity utilization, network cost. Drive business partner development and evaluation, ensure cost optimization, and support in driving cluster/national projects. Ensure SID & stocks management / PI, Quality management Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements-Implement Implement best practices and keep innovating to create better operational services. Drive cost optimization & cost control initiatives. Ensure 100% service levels achieved. Drive review of current processes and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to implement process improvements Ensure adherence of policies, process, systems and SLA's and monitor customer complaints, conducts root cause analysis and provide solution to enhance customer level satisfaction Lead, manage & motivate the team; provide functional guidance and training Constantly review and evaluate the performance of team, service providers and give feedback and plans for improvement"
