Job summary

Trane Italia in Hyderabad is seeking a senior HVAC field sales specialist to drive chiller solutions at data center sites. You will engage key DC accounts, manage complex stakeholder conversations, and deliver clear, technically sound proposals.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in HVAC/chiller sales, excels in negotiation, and can lead fast, high-stakes customer discussions. The role is on-site with field travel and strong benefits.

• Key Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers, is mandatory.
• Candidate must understand:
• Data Center customer ecosystem
• Key DC accounts and stakeholders
• Evolving chiller technologies and innovations
• Needs to be technically inclined (technocrat) with the ability to present solutions clearly.

• Sales & Customer Handling Expectations Must possess excellent negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.Should be comfortable handling large-scale, high-stake customer conversations.Ability to respond quickly to customer requirements—they expect fast turnaround and solution clarity.Should be agile, adaptive, and a fast learner due to the rapidly evolving DC environment.
• Experience Band

• Preferred experience: 12+ years in HVAC/chiller sales candidate brings strong DC or chiller exposure.
