Job summary

Key Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers, is mandatory.
• Candidate must understand:
  • Data Center customer ecosystem
  • Key DC accounts and stakeholders
  • Evolving chiller technologies and innovations
• Needs to be technically inclined (technocrat) with the ability to present solutions clearly.

Sales & Customer Handling Expectations

Must possess excellent negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.Should be comfortable handling large-scale, high-stake customer conversations.Ability to respond quickly to customer requirements-they expect fast turnaround and solution clarity.Should be agile, adaptive, and a fast learner due to the rapidly evolving DC environment.

Experience Band

Preferred experience: 12+ years in HVAC/chiller sales candidate brings strong DC or chiller exposure.
