To ensure reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems, equipment, and utilities during the assigned shift by leading the electrical maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• The role is responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production continuity through timely technical intervention.

Qualifications & Experience

8-10 years Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MCC, PCC, AC /DC Drives, PLCs, HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and automation equipment. Power system.CBM,PM,PLC Communication computer architecture,SCADA,HMI,Cold rolling mills,conteneous Anealing pickling lines.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.
• Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in energy management and load distribution.
• Leadership and team management skills to guide shift electricians and Shift incharge.
