Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking a maintenance engineer familiar with industrial automation and reliability improvement to support a high-output manufacturing facility in Goa, India. The role emphasizes preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance across electrical and automation systems.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with HT/LT systems, MCC/PCC, transformers, motors, VFDs, APFC and DG, plus PLC/HMI and sensors integration for continuous plant uptime.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, MCC/PCC, transformers, motors, VFDs, APFC and DG.
• Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors and industrial automation.
• Experience in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, 5-Why and reliability improvement.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work closely with Production, Mechanical, Quality, EHS and OEM teams.
• Willingness to work in a high-output, 247 manufacturing environment.
