Job summary

• Identify and develop potential partnerships specifically within the corporate sector to strengthen mental health initiatives.
• Engage proactively with corporates through workshops, webinars, and training programs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure sustained engagement and repeat collaborations.
• Collaborate with corporate clients on cross-vertical initiatives such as helplines, counselling services, training programs, and workplace mental health interventions.
• Generate new leads within the corporate segment and maintain a structured prospect database.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and document all interactions systematically.
• Achieve defined targets through meetings, relationship building, and conversion of leads into active corporate collaborations.
• Support PR & Marketing Initiatives for awareness and lead generation
• Participate in conferences related to relevant stakeholders to build the lead pipeline
• Track and document end-to-end progress of each corporate lead.
• Monitor discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting targets achieved, project updates, and collaboration insights.
• Support financial tracking of budgets and revenue linked to corporate outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to design and implement customized mental health solutions for corporate clients.
• Ensure smooth logistical and operational execution of workshops, webinars, and training sessions through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support with client servicing and operations, whenever required.
