Job summary

Greenmark Developers in Hyderabad is seeking a procurement professional to manage contracts and procurement for construction projects. The role covers handling procurement across Civil, Faade, MS, PEB, electrical, and related materials, while negotiating with vendors and onboarding qualified suppliers.

You will coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material delivery, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of contracts and procurement for construction projects.
• Experience in procuring Civil, Faade, MS, PEB, electrical, structural steel, cement, doors and windows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
• Float enquiries, analyze quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize purchase orders/work orders.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and planning teams to meet procurement requirements.

Handle procurement activities for Civil, Faade, Mechanical & Structural (MS) works, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), External Electrical Works, Structural Steel, Cement, Doors, Windows, and other construction materials.

Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and subcontractors.

Float enquiries, analyze quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize purchase orders/work orders.
