Job summary

Time Hack Consulting is seeking a procurement and contracts professional in Bengaluru to draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, consultants, and subcontractors. You will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and prepare amendments and work orders.

You will also source construction materials, onboard vendors, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and coordinate with project teams to align procurement with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for vendors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure contract compliance, monitor contractual obligations, and mitigate commercial risks.
• Prepare work orders, purchase agreements, amendments, and variation orders.
• Coordinate with project, legal, finance, and engineering teams to ensure timely contract execution.
• Manage claims, change orders, disputes, and contract closures.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with project milestones.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
