Job summary

Colorshine Coated Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the CRM Complex. You will plan, supervise, and manage all civil activities from sub-structure to finishing, ensuring adherence to drawings, schedules, quality, safety, and budget.

The role requires 10–15 years total experience with at least 5 years in a civil managerial capacity; AutoCAD and MS Project proficiency are essential, with IS/NBC/QMS knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise RCC, PT slab, masonry, finishing, and external civil works.
• Monitor 3-week/6-week look-ahead schedules and project progress.
• Implement and monitor the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Manage contractors, including RA bills and coordination.
• Prepare and submit DPR/WPR/MIS reports.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth progress.
• Ensure HSE compliance across all civil fronts.
• Control costs, quantities, and wastage.

Role Summary:

Responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all civil construction activities at the CRM Complex, from sub-structure to finishing, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise RCC, PT slab, masonry, finishing, and external civil works.
• Monitor project execution and maintain 3-week/6-week look-ahead schedules.
• Implement and monitor the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Manage contractors, including progress monitoring, work quality, RA bills, and coordination.
• Raise material indents and monitor material consumption, reconciliation, and wastage.
• Plan and monitor deployment and utilisation of construction plant and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements across all civil work fronts.
• Prepare and submit DPR, WPR, MIS, and other project reports to the Project Head.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and other departments for smooth execution.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, and construction progress against approved plans.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of RCC, PT slab, shuttering/formwork, masonry, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Good knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and QMS requirements.
• Strong multi-front project execution and team management skills.
• Contractor management, negotiation, and RA bill certification.
• Material reconciliation, quantity tracking, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and quality control.

• Achievement of planned monthly construction quantities.
• Adherence to project milestones and schedules.
• High first-time inspection acceptance rate.
• Cement and steel consumption within approved norms.
