To provide services for professional management & supervision of various Civil Infrastructure work in the city.

Experience & Remuneration

• Minimum years of experience: 4-6 Years
• CTC: Up to Rs. 12 lakhs per annum
• Contractual Period: 3 Years

Skills

• Preferably, candidate should be Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from premium institute.
• Having experience in Billing of Civil works of High-rise building/mega infrastructure projects etc.
• Having high-rise building works experience of 4-6 years.
• Additional experience in bituminus road works/RCC structures/other civil works etc.
• Can monitor and update the status of civil work going on site w.r.t. billing data and documents.
• Shall have experience in coordination with contractors, labours, office team etc.
• Hardworking, with good knowledge of construction planning and effective communication skills
• Understand of the drawing and site implementation of the same.
• Ability to work in group.
• Experience of recording of works, billing physical verification for payment and audit purpose.
• Shall be proficient in computer (MS Word & Excel).
• Shall be able to work on AutoCAD.

Role Descriptions

• Co-ordination and inspection of works at site.
• Liaise with contractor/s for effective execution as per the planned schedule.
• Monitoring the work as per the planned schedule and follow-up with the contactor/s.
• Maintaining billing related documents, records, data.
• Knowledge of measurement of work.
• Daily work monitoring, recording, and reporting.
• Ensuring all execution and activities are as per specification and BOQ.
• Responsible for maintaining site safety standards.
• Keeping detailed records of daily works and field quality plan of site activities.
