Job summary

AUM Capital Market Private Limited is seeking a proactive professional to drive activity with onboarded partners and support growth across the partner network in Chennai. You will handle sales, operations and client servicing tasks to keep the platform thriving.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating settlements, generating MIS reports, and ensuring accurate transaction records while maintaining strong communication and ownership in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or client servicing.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• High ownership and execution focus.
• Comfortable working with data, reports and fintech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Regularly connect with onboarded partners/distributors to drive activity and deepen relationships.
• Understand partner needs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Business extraction and sales support.
• Actively push product adoption and generate transactions from existing partners.
• Support new partner activation and early-stage traction.
• Transaction & Operations Management.
• Ensure all transactions are executed smoothly on the platform.
• Coordinate for timely settlement and resolve any operational issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or client servicing (freshers with strong intent can be considered)
