Qualifications

• 3–4 years of total relevant experience in sales/business development.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in managing a Sales Team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.
• Strong team leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates from Banca Channel or Agency Channel are not eligible.

• Manage day-to-day branch sales operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
