Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a Campus Hiring Lead to design and execute the annual campus hiring strategy aligned with business workforce requirements. You will build and nurture relationships with top colleges and student communities to attract emerging talent.

From demand planning and sourcing to assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding, you will own the complete campus hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual campus hiring strategy aligned with business workforce requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with leading colleges, universities, institutes, and student communities.
• Identify and prioritize target campuses based on talent quality, business requirements, and hiring outcomes.
• Drive campus recruitment calendars, hiring targets, budgets, and timelines.
• Own the complete campus hiring lifecycle, including demand planning, campus engagement, sourcing, assessments, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment drives across engineering, management, commerce, and other relevant disciplines.
• Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and functional teams to understand talent requirements.
• Work with senior leadership to communicate campus hiring plans, progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen the organization's employer brand among students and early-career professionals.
• Lead campus engagement activities such as pre-placement talks, competitions, hackathons, webinars, case studies, and student engagement programs.
