Job summary

CC Avenue is seeking a Sr Manager/Manager/Dy Manager/Asst Manager- Business Development in India to drive merchant acquisition for PG, POS, and Soundbox solutions. You will hunt, onboard, and expand our fintech offerings across the region, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct merchants.

The role requires 3–8 years of industry experience with a proven field sales track record and excellent negotiation skills.

• Industry Experience Only: TSM & ASM Minimum 3/4 & 5/6 years in PG/POS industry

Responsibilities

• Hunt & Onboard: Identify and acquire new merchants for PG, POS, and Soundbox solutions
• Business Generation: Achieve monthly targets for merchant onboarding and transaction volumes
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains, distributors, and direct merchants
• Market Penetration: Expand CC Avenue's presence in assigned territory
• Compliance: Ensure 100% KYC and due diligence during onboarding as per company policy

We are looking for experienced Sr Manager/Manager/Dy Manager/Asst Manager professionals to drive merchant acquisition and business growth for CC Avenue's Payment Gateway & POS products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• *Hunt & Onboard:* Identify and acquire new merchants for PG, POS, and Soundbox solutions
• *Business Generation:* Achieve monthly targets for merchant onboarding and transaction volumes
• *Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains, distributors, and direct merchants
• *Market Penetration:* Expand CC Avenue's presence in assigned territory
• *Compliance:* Ensure 100% KYC and due diligence during onboarding as per company policy
• *Reporting:* Track pipeline, conversions, and submit regular business reports

*Must-Have Requirements:*

• *Industry Experience Only:* TSM & ASM Minimum 3/4 & 5/6 years in PG/POS industry
• Experience from: *Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, PhonePe, Pine Labs* preferred
• Proven track record in field sales and new merchant acquisition
• Strong network with retail, F&B, and SME segments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
