Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and complex query building.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Qlik, or AWS QuickSight.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for data analysis/scripting.
• Experience with statistical and predictive analysis including time-series forecasting, regression, classification, and clustering.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, business reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and align KPIs and business metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements and manage analytics projects end-to-end.
• Write complex SQL queries and analyze large datasets.
