Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support finance, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master in Finance, Maths, Stats or Economics with core-finance experience.
• Accounting major (B.Com) and professional qualifications (CA/ICWA/CFA).
• 3–5 years of experience delivering BI solutions (Power BI).

• The Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
• The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessary.
• The aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance function.
• Professional will also support plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects."

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Master in Business Administration- Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Graduate with core-finance experience
• Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA
• 3-5 years of experience – Business Intelligence solutions like Power BI
