Job summary

Nibav Home Elevators seeks a Manager of Data Analytics to define and lead the company’s analytics strategy. You will drive insights across sales, CRM, operations, and service data, and build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.

The role requires leading analytics, collaborating with the CEO and business leaders, and scaling a high-performing team of data professionals while improving revenue, satisfaction, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in analytics, CS, or information systems.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Proven track record in building and leading analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights to improve revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Analyze sales, CRM, services, and operations data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, KPI/KRI scorecards, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Lead design and optimization of analytics infrastructure on GCP and BigQuery.
• Oversee ETL processes, data pipelines, automation, APIs, and data governance.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, LeadSquared, Looker, ERP/CRM systems, and other sources.
• Partner with CEO and leaders to support strategic decisions.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.

Position: Manager of Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organizations data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Analyze sales, CRM, technical services, and operations data to identify trends, revenue leakages, conversion gaps, customer issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, KPI/KRI scorecards, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Lead the design and optimization of analytics infrastructure on GCP and BigQuery.
• Oversee ETL processes, data pipelines, automation initiatives, API integrations, and data governance.
• Integrate data from multiple business platforms, including Salesforce, LeadSquared, Looker, BigQuery, ERP, CRM, and other systems .
• Partner closely with the CEO and business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, business risks, and cost optimization opportunities across functions.
• Establish data quality standards, reporting governance, and best practices across the organization.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

• Build, structure, and scale the data analytics function based on evolving business requirements.
• Hire, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing team of 510 data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
• Define team goals, performance metrics, career development plans, and capability-building initiatives.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and business partnership within the analytics team.
• Ensure timely delivery of analytics projects, reports, dashboards, and business insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery architecture
• Experience in Dashboard Development, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization
• Strong understanding of Sales Analytics, CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT processes, data automation, APIs, and data warehousing
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with Salesforce, LeadSquared, Looker, BigQuery, APIs, ERP/CRM systems
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling analytics teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert data into strategic business recommendations
