Job summary

goSTOPS Hospitality seeks an experienced operations leader for its hostel network. You will own end-to-end operations, manage housekeeping and security staff, and coordinate with vendors to ensure service excellence across properties.

The role requires 5–20 years of experience and a graduate degree in Tourism/Hospitality, with a focus on guest relations and premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience between 5 and 20 years.
• Graduate, preferred in Tourism and Hospitality domain.
• Should have relevant knowledge in Housekeeping and Guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end operations and overall management.
• Manage a team of Housekeeping & Security members and coordinate services with vendors.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and coordination of Food, Housekeeping and Security services.
• Understand customer requirements and handle queries effectively.
• Maintain records, checklists and data entries for smooth unit functioning.
• Coordinate with teams for repair and maintenance at properties.
