Job summary

goSTOPS invites an experienced professional to lead hostel operations in Bengaluru, overseeing end-to-end management, guest relations, and daily service quality across food, housekeeping, and security teams.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, including repairs and maintenance, to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Own end to end operations and overall management.
• Manage a team of Housekeeping & Security members and coordinate services with various vendors for daily operations.
• Ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to Food, Housekeeping services.
• Understanding the requirements of the customer and articulately dealing with situations and queries.
• Manage records, and checklists and do the various data entries required for smooth functioning of the unit.
• Support in day-to-day operations - Ensuring a high-quality delivery and coordination of services with respect to Food, housekeeping services, and Security services.
• Coordinate with concerned teams for repair & maintenance work at the properties.

Skill sets/Experience/Education we require:
