• Manage end-to-end contract management including drafting, review, execution, and administration of contracts.
• Oversee preparation and verification of contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills as per terms.
• Handle variation orders, claims, extensions, and correspondences to protect company interests.
• Monitor project cost, billing cycles, and ensure timely certification and payments.
• Coordinate with Projects, Finance, and Legal teams for contract administration and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of contracts, amendments, and billing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
