Job summary

Vision Infra Equipment Solutions is seeking to strengthen its procurement and asset management functions in Pune, India. The role involves end-to-end procurement, vendor evaluation, contract management and financial coordination to ensure timely asset acquisitions and optimal utilization.

As part of the team, you will manage the lifecycle of company assets, coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution, and uphold compliance with policies and audit controls.

• PO creation, order tracking and delivery coordination.
• Negotiation of pricing, terms and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate vendors; compare quotations; negotiate terms; manage vendor performance.
• Raise and track POs; coordinate deliveries; resolve order-related discrepancies.
• Handle pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules in contracts.
• Coordinate with Finance, Management and internal teams for smooth purchase execution.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register; asset records, tagging, transfers and disposals.

Role & responsibilities

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and evaluate vendors, compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage vendor performance.
• Purchase & Order Management: Raise and track POs, coordinate deliveries, and resolve order-related discrepancies.
• Contract Management: Handle pricing, payment terms, warranties, delivery schedules, and purchase agreements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, Finance, Management, and internal teams for smooth purchase execution.
• Asset Management: Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, asset records, tagging, transfers, disposals, and system updates.
• Asset Verification & Maintenance: Conduct physical verification and coordinate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Finance Coordination: Coordinate invoice verification, payment processing, and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare asset-related reports and monitor asset additions, disposals, and values.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit controls.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Ensure proper utilization, custody, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.
