Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a production/assembly engineer to oversee shifts, monitor assembly lines, and safeguard quality output while controlling costs.

You will coordinate with internal departments to achieve PQCDSM targets and lead a large team, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a background in production or mechanical engineering with 2–4 years of experience. Experience in 5S, Six Sigma and quality management is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in production or mechanical engineering is required.
• 2-4 years of general experience in assembly/manufacturing.
• Experience in quality control and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assembly processes across shifts ensuring quality output, safety, and cost control.
• Coordinate across departments to meet PQCDSM parameters.
• Drive continuous process improvement and lead a 100+ person team.
